October Gratitude Challenge

“The secret to having it all is knowing that you already do”

If you’re reading this I’m assuming you are joining in on this month’s gratitude challenge! I mentioned this a little bit on Instagram, but I’ll explain more here. I decided to start this simple monthly challenge because gratitude is something that changes your whole mindset, and I wanted to share what I am doing with the community that I am growing.

All you have to do:

Wake up and before you do anything write down 3 things you’re grateful for on a piece of paper. Save all of your papers from every morning and at the end of the month read off everything you were grateful for.

You will start searching for the positive in every negative situation. You will become happier. I hope that you do this with me!
